How do I access my digital download?

Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to access your files. If you ever have issues, just reach out and we’ll help.

Can I share the downloads with others?

No. Your purchase is for personal use only. Please don’t share, resell, or redistribute the content in any form.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us, and we’ll make sure you get what you paid for.

Will more downloads be added over time?

Yes. New wellness-focused content, including guides, infographics, and practices, will continue to be added. Keep an eye on the Products page or sign up for our emails to be notified.

Our aromatherapy line is launching soon. Sign up for the newsletter to be notified when products are available.

 

Will you accept returns?

Due to these products' handmade and hygienic nature, we will not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.

 

What kind of products will you offer?

We'll offer small-batch aromatherapy products, such as therapeutic roll-ons, bath soaks, and more, designed to support the nervous system, relieve stress, and uplift your mood. You may also see occasional print-friendly tools and wellness planners to help bring regulation and reflection into your daily routine.

How do I access content from the membership?
